Job Description:

Responsible for documentation and effective implementation of applicable QMS processes as per the requirements.

● Work with Operations teams and ensure achievement of internal and client Quality targets (SLAs) in the designated client programs
● Development of appropriate performance dashboards and alerting operations wherever the trends are going in the negative direction.
● Ensuring Tests and Procedures are properly understood, carried out and evaluated and that product modifications are investigated if necessary
● Setting QA compliance Objectives and Ensuring that Targets are achieved
● Should analyse data, identifiy root cause, provide recommendations, , Monthly Project Plans for Team members and implementing the same
● Liaising with Customers Auditors and ensuring the execution of Corrective Action and compliance with Customers Specifications
● Facilitate Productivity improvements and Customer Satisfaction improvements

Relevant Work Experience

● At least 4-8 years of experience in the field or in a related area and also Minimum 2 years of  experience as Quality Lead, Quality Management
● Should have sound knowledge and hands on experience of Quality monitoring, analysis, process improvement, process audits etc. using quality methodologies like ISO 9001 / Six Sigma.
● Successfully implemented few Six Sigma projects / involved in establishing and implementing company wide Quality Management systems stroke improvements
● Should have demonstarted experience on Improving the Process Improvement through six  sigma approach,

General Management
Excellent Communication Skills, Leadership qualitites,Postive attitude, Result oriented, Analytical abilities.
