Job Description:

Day to day responsibilities include scheduled/unscheduled maintenance, moves, adds, changes, upgrades, performance monitoring, and storage administration, while providing functional guidance and direction to client base for strategic and tactical initiatives. Resolution of trouble tickets must be logged in tracking database. Provide for training and support for all users of our telecommunications systems. Work with network engineers to set strategic direction in LAN, WAN, telecommunications and support services infrastructure and make recommendations to management. Guide all phone infrastrucutre to ensure systems are performing essential services. Participate in overall information technology discussions and decisions involving LAN, WAN, voice, and data connectivity and communications. Play a key roll in strategic decisions and priority setting. Report overall departmental performance metrics to management on a regular basis. Interface directly with business partners to manage schedules, coordinate orders for Telco services, and implement hardware and software applications. Work with Program Office to develop project plans for software and infrastructure strategies to satisfy customer information requirements. Provide weekly and monthly reports on project status. Ensure adherence to formal processes, standards, and total quality practices in all activities.

Full Job Description :

 

• Provides telephony support including extension provisioning and call routing configuration

• Provides support For Dialer, witness and workforce management

• Manage thrid party vendors to provide support, install hardware and softwares

• Operational cooperation with network engineers related to VOIP phone system

• Provide guidance for less experienced staff to resolve system and software issues beyond the scope of their experience and knowledge

• Participates in the development of policies, procedures, and resources that standardize the functioning of the systems and software and in accordance with company standards and industry best practices

• Circuit management, performance analysis, and cost accounting
