• Qualification- B.E. Btech, BCA,BCom, BSc
• Experience supporting Windows Environment
• Good understanding of IT Platform and functions
• Extensive experience in troubleshooting techniques with HW & SW related issues
• Good knowledge of IT Hardware /Software Products and Tools used in the market
• Demonstrate good writing and grammar skills

• Willing to work in 24/7 work environment.
