Job Description:

OVERALL PURPOSE OF JOB

* Administer Survey

• Determine top 80% customers
• Create, launch, and send survey
• Correct email addresses
• Extract results and update Excel file
• Compile and send clarifications and compile updates to actions
• Contact non-respondents by Phone
• Compile and provide final results
• Continue compiling clarification and action item status post survey results presentation
• Provide final action and closure

* Quote Hold Follow Up:

• Pull report and synchronize daily work log and filter action-able items
• Update daily work log
• Determine age of quotes
• Contact customer (phone)
• Contact customer (email)
* Exchange Loan Recovery:
• Pull report and update daily work log and filter action-able items
• Update daily work log
• Email standard template to CSM
• Contact customer (email)
• Contact customer (phone call)

Responsibilities/Authorities

* Generating reports and exporting data into MS Excel

* Determining target customer list

* Create, launch, and send survey

* Extract results and update Excel file

* Compile and provide final results

* Provide final action and closure

* Pull report and synchronize daily work log and filter action-able items

* Contacting customers by phone

* Contacting customers by email

* Identify process improvements

* Must be proactive and must initiate steps to strengthen process procedures

* Drive issues to resolution and good problem-solving skills

* Recommend process improvements

* Provide timely status and feedback to the management
* To ensure that daily targets are met, and quality is maintained as per SLA / operations metrics

* Process as per Desk top procedure guide and timely escalation of issues to the Supervisor

* Active participation in team meetings & coordination with team lead / team members

* Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Experience:    1 - 4 Years
Role:    Asst. Mgr / Mgr -(NonTechnical)
Functional Area:     ITES/BPO/KPO, Customer Service, Ops.

Education:
UG - Any Graduate - Any Specialization
PG - Any PG Course - Any Specialization
Compensation:    Rupees Less Than 50,000 - 1,50,000
