* Microsoft SQL Server 2005 & TSQL (Stored Procedures, Triggers, User Defined Functions)
* LINQ, Generics, XML, XSL, AJAX, Javascript
* Design Patterns, UML
* Awareness of Scrum or another Agile methodology
