The service delivery can be broadly classified as:

* Non-voice Processes: Transaction Processing, Analytics, Data Conversion, Implementation Support etc.
* Voice Processes: Participant customer calls and client technical support, Tier 1 & 2 services

Desired Profile:

FRESHERS:
(Associate Customer Service Representative – Voice/SemiVoice)

* Fresh B.Com, BA, BHM and B.Sc graduates (2009 batch only)
* Excellent communications, analytical and interfacing skills.
* Extremely service oriented with willingness to learn new things.
* Willing to work in different time zone

EXPERIENCED:
(Customer Service Representative – Voice/Semi Voice)

* 13-36 months of experience in providing Inbound / Outbound Voice support
* Effectively answer inbound/outbound telephone calls
* Excellent communications, analytical and interfacing skills
* Willing to work in different time zone

Following candidates need not apply:
· BE / B.Tech / MCA / MBA
· Candidates who are awaiting their last year results
· Candidates with less than 1 year in the current company
· Candidates who have worked with 3 or more companies and possess only 2 years experience
· Candidates who have applied in the last 2 months
