Job Description:
• Project Planning, Review the efforts and initiating project specific training
• Responsible for orienting the new members with respect to the project objectives, scope, deliverables, milestones and project requirements
• Work allocation & resource allocation based on priority and resource availability
• Coordinate with customer and Monitor progress & Report Status
• Participate in the joint reviews, Prepare minutes of the joint reviews, review of the completed work products, Plan & implement process improvement.
• Fully responsible for meeting the delivery objectives for his/her project
• Ensure that the project has a good process quality and product quality built-in
• Responsible for Measurements and initiating corrective actions and planning and implementing Defect prevention initiatives in the project
• Preparation of weekly status reports for their respective projects in the agreed format
• Designing appropriate Project Specific processes and tools
• Responsible for performance management of their respective team members
