We are looking for
• Undergraduates (XII standard) with more than 6 months of work experience in BPO
• Graduates / Post Graduates / Diploma Holders with any exp
• B.E/B.Tech graduates with an aggregate of less than 55% and must have prior voice exp for a minimum of 6 months.
• Candidates with backlogs/arrears in their degree are not eligible

• Fresher or experience in voice-based technical support
• should have knowledge of troubleshooting in internet support services for clients
• Should have excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Should be able to diffuse volatile situations when distressed or irate customers call for support
• should be able to deliver quality customer service and technical service support for clients
• Job profile deals in semi – tech process
