Desired Profile:
The key skills required are as follows:
• Handle and address ARIS related requests/queries and respond to practitioner requests within stipulated SLA
• Support queries related to Navigation, modeling - tool functionality and Deloitte methodology
• Help converting existing IP4-format content into ARIS format
• Navigate through details of repository/hosting options and related SLAs, then help pratictioners get the repository set up
• Respond to practioners and walk them through technical requirements to run application setup files and installation guides
• Manage service requests from origination to completion
• Record service requests, correspondence and resolution in a call management system
• Follow standard escalation process to resolve issues
