Full Job Description :

o 4 year technical degree or equivalent work experience, plus 1-3 years experience in technical support or MIS in an Enterprise environment. Ability to properly use all MS tools including Clarify, Knowledge Base, Order Entry, Internet and Intranet Resources
o Ability to search and understand KB articles to troubleshoot customer issues
o Demonstrated technical competence with Windows SharePoint Services, SharePoint Portal Server 2003, Internet Information Server (IIS), Microsoft Windows 2003, and SQL Server.
o Ability to effectively communicate with customer managers and executives on technical and business issues.
