Full Job Description :

* Documentation of manuals with partners and sign-off
* On-boarding and training to Partners for conducting daily operations
* Coordination with Partners for smooth running of daily activities
* Coordination with internal teams such as Sales, Channels & Marketing
* Resolving any operational issue raised by Customer within agreed SLAs
* Conducting daily reconciliations for the transactions carried out to facilitate settlement with Partners
* Carrying out daily activities in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures
* Updating process manuals and documentation
