Job Description :

• Minimum 15yrs of regular education (or) XII completed + 2 years of full time diploma.
• Except BE/ B Tech / Msc IT any graduates with 1+ yrs of experience is eligible
• Should not have more than 2 years of gap in education or employment.
• Relieving letters from all the previous companies are mandatory.
• Willingness to work in Rotational shifts.
• Candidate would need to carry a copy of the resume & 2 passport size Photograph.

Full Job Description :

* Knowledge of Customer Support / Technical Support experience in an International BPO - Voice process
* Excellent verbal communication
* Any Commerce background
* Knowledge of Accounting Systems (GL/AR/AP) preferred
* Experience of Peoplesoft preferred
