Job Description :    

Responsibilities:

• Conduct Regular Process Audits

• Audit processes for compliance / process adherence

• Identify GAPs and areas of improvements

• Propose Quick Fix solutions

• Follow up on solution implementation with processes

• Highlight audit findings to the stakeholders

• Identify potential Risks in the process and propose mitigation plans

• Implement FMEA based on process maps

• Publish audit reports on the intranet on a regular basis

• Review and audit process flow maps and BPDs at regular intervals

Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline

• Awareness of ISO or other Quality Methodologies

• Knowledge of Lean / Six Sigma would be an advantage

• 3+ years of experience

• Good Communication skills

• Good presentation skills
