Position : Tech Support Executives (Voice & Non Voice)  Location : Hyderabad  Requirement : Any Graduate with EXCELLENT Hardware Knowledge. Engineers / Diploma holders in Electrical & Electronics / Communications / Computer Science / Diploma in Hardware would be a plus. One-year experience in hardware support or tech support call centers is preferred, typical support experience required is in Computer Hardware - PC Assembling, OS Troubleshooting, Networking, Installations & maintenance. Good communication and typing skills.
