Desired profile :

* Experienced with processing a high volume of orders and calls, preparing correspondence, and fulfilling customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction.
* Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
* 2-3 years of experience in a customer service (call center) environment is desired.
* Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a customer/sales support setting.
* Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
* Performs a variety of tasks.
* Works well within a group and is also considered a self-starter.
* Works under general supervision of the customer support supervisor.
* A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required.
* Ability and willingness to work 24X7 (including night shifts)
* Graduates/Undergraduates.
* Diploma/Degree in Travel & Tourism (will be an added advantage).
* Knowledge of reservations, ticketing & international geography.
