Job Description	Manages all the web servers, mail servers, databases and ensures 100% uptime Monitors the system logs and activities of the systems and devices Identifies the repeating system issues and provide permanent solutions Troubleshoots problems with the networks, and overall aspects of the applications Maintains the relevant records and logs of the complete activities Maintains broad knowledge of new technologies, operating systems and hardware Involves in documenting the processes and process improvements Maintains the list of servers, hardware, software and respective licenses Implements best practices in terms of security, performance and productivity Coordinates with the development team for deployment of software releases Provide the required technical environment setup for the technical team Coordinates with customer support team to resolve the issues May lead or guide the other staffs who are in similar functions Communicates issues and resolutions to all levels of the organization
Candidate Profile	3-5 years experience in Systems Administration Degree in engineering or computers/ MCA, MCSE Technical knowledge and experience in Windows 2000/ 2003 administration Technical knowledge and experience in IIS 5. 0/ 6. 0 administration Technical knowledge and experience in MS SQL Server 2000 administration Technical knowledge and experience in MS Exchange Server 2000 administration Working knowledge in hardware platforms, devices and networking Working knowledge in deployment and configuration of web applications Working knowledge in web application/ network security, vulnerabilities, resolutions Ability and desire to learn new technologies quickly Ability to effectively communicate issues and resolutions Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information Ability to contribute additional efforts and time as and when required
